Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the XPStrength mobile application (the "App") or accessing the website at xpstrength.com (the "Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.

XPStrength is a gamified fitness tracking application that allows users to log workouts, track progress, earn experience points (XP), unlock achievements, connect with friends, and compete in leagues. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

• You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering (username, email, password).
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Usernames must be 3-30 characters long, contain only alphanumeric characters and underscores, and must not contain offensive or inappropriate language.
• You may not create multiple accounts or share your account with others.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Harass, bully, intimidate, or abuse other users through friend features, leagues, or league chat.
• Upload offensive, inappropriate, or illegal content as your profile picture or in league chat.
• Attempt to manipulate XP, coins, achievements, leaderboard standings, or other gamification elements through fraudulent means.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App, servers, or networks connected to the service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• Use automated bots, scripts, or tools to interact with the App.
• Impersonate another person or entity.

You retain ownership of the workout data, profile information, and other content you create within the App ("User Content"). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your User Content as necessary to provide our services (e.g., showing your stats to friends, displaying league leaderboards).

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms, including inappropriate profile pictures or abusive league chat messages.

The App includes virtual currency ("StrengthCoins") and virtual items (shop unlocks, cosmetics) that can be earned through using the App.

• Virtual currency and items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money.
• We reserve the right to modify the virtual economy, including coin earning rates, item prices, and available items.
• Virtual currency and items are non-transferable between accounts.

• League owners and admins are responsible for moderating their league content and members.
• We reserve the right to remove or restrict leagues that violate these Terms.
• Banned users must respect bans and not attempt to circumvent them through alternative accounts.
• League chat messages may be monitored for compliance with our community standards.

• You may delete your account at any time through our account deletion page or by contacting us at hello@xpstrength.com.
• Upon account deletion, your personal data, workout history, achievements, virtual currency, and all associated data will be permanently deleted.
• We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.

• XPStrength is a fitness tracking tool and does not provide medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional before starting any exercise program.
• The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
• Recovery system indicators and muscle group analysis are estimates and should not be used as the sole basis for training decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XPStrength and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury arising from your use of the App.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our Website and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
